Introducing our NEW National TV Spot
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices recently launched a new TV spot that focuses on the homeselling process. This clearly sets us apart from the buyer-focused ads the industry typically produces.
The television concept, titled “Calls,” profiles a series of homesellers as they get the call from their real estate agent announcing that their home has sold. The spot captures the honest emotions of the homeselling process and reveals the real value of having a knowledgeable agent to work with.
To ensure the spot reflected authentic experiences and emotions, we cast a refreshingly diverse set of homesellers—from a single mom to empty nesters to life partners—including a real-life family and real-life partners.
